James Onalaja Achieves Success at The Court of Appeal.

24/04/2012

James Onalaja successfully appealed a client’s sentence to the Court of Appeal. The appellant (who was 16 years old at the time) faced an allegation of armed robbery of a taxi cab. It was alleged that he was part of a gang of up to seven masked men who lured a taxi driver to a location at midnight, held him at gun point and demanded his vehicle.
